Consulting is a collaborative opportunity that provides people and small organizations in the arts and STEM expert, breakthrough business consulting. For people and organizations with a budget under $2 million, our Network of Consultants provide hours of support, education, and resources through remote services.

We intentionally build our network of freelance consultants of color to help small organizations improve everything from capacity building to website construction — and then we encourage participants to aid in our collaborative work, raising all tides. This mutually beneficial partnership helps people of color nationwide build and sustain spaces that support creatives of color and their cultural capital. 

ABC sees a gap in knowledge, understanding, and support for thousands of POC and LGBTQ+ organizations that go without aid. What’s worse: the information that organizations and people of color go without can be intentionally out of reach, held by people who don’t look or sound like them. Our Impact Consulting and services fill that gap, helping clients navigate the social and economic system we live in to get the assistance they need.

Our Network of Consultants along with organization leaders & businesses owners work together to navigate issues while empowering young organizations and businesses to excel beyond economic and social challenges. Working with our network of consultants of color allows organizations space to grow while giving capacity-builders income, partnerships, and experience. Working this includes long term consulting support.
